What is your Refund/Return Policy?

We believe in providing excellent customer service. That means we will do everything reasonably possible to ensure you have a great product that makes you happy and proud. If you receive a damaged or otherwise flawed product, kindly take a picture and fill out this form where you can upload the photo. We will refund or replace any damaged products that arrive with imperfections or flaws. If the product is damaged in transit, we will happily replace it with a perfect product.

What is your Guarantee policy?

We guarantee the quality of our products with our flexible return/refund policy. We want you to be happy with your purchase and proudly use our cards on game nights to share your heritage with friends and family. Therefore, we inspect every product before shipping, and in the event that we miss a flawed product, we will happily replace it for you with a perfect one.

Are your products going to be available on Amazon?

We are not currently planning to operate an Amazon store, but that may change in the near future.

How can I clean my playing cards?

All our playing cards are high quality PVC. Therefore, they can be cleaned with some soap and warm water, or just a wet towel. We don’t necessarily recommend throwing them in the washing machine, but if you decide to do so, we advise putting them in a sock or other fabric bag to secure them. Our specific Cellulose Acetate line of products (coming soon) may be machine washable, but we generally advise against that.

How much is shipping?

In accordance with our Persian culture, we strive to provide a VIP experience to our customers. Therefore, we are going to handle the cost of shipping, making it FREE for you! This is our commitment to the highest quality possible in both our products and our service.
